Mouth Guard Policies
The Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association has decided that the use of mouth guards is no longer mandatory for players. It was reported that this decision was based on a study that concluded that there is lack of evidence that mouth guards and helmets prevent concussions. Policy - Smart Phones, Cell Phones, Cameras
The use of any form of Camera, Video Camera, Camera Phone or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) is prohibited in any recreational facility change rooms, during any HEO(ODHA)/ODMHA sanctioned event.
